Snoop Dogg ready to bet $2m on famous YouTuber in boxing fight with retired MMA star - who do bookies say?

Hip Hop legend Snoop Dogg has claimed that he's willing to make a $2 million bet on YouTube celebrity Jake Paul against former MMA fighter Ben Askren in their upcoming boxing match.

Earlier this week, UFC President Dana White said that he'd bet $1 million on Paul losing the fight on Mike Tyson’s podcast.

To which, Snoop Dogg replied: "Hey Dana White, I see you got faith in your boy right?! Going up against my guy Jake,” as quoted by TMZ. "You say you got a million? You’re the CEO of UFC. You got more than a million. Put up two. Put up $2 million and we’ll match it.

"C’mon Dana, whatchu waiting on?! Your money is good. Yeah, I got Jake. Fight night. That’s my guy. That’s my dog in the fight. $2 million. Holla at me, Dana White."

Paul and Askren will face off on April 17.

Odds on Paul vs Askren

You'd probably be surprised to know that Paul remains bookmakers' favourite at 1.40 after ending each of his three previous boxing matches in KOs. The chances of Askren, who retired in 2019, are rated 2.78.
