Stoke’s disastrous start has led to a switch in momentum, and now Gary Rowett is seeing his side climb up the standings. They’ve moved into the top half, and they’re not too far off the play-off spots after turning around their form.
A big problem for the visitors is their awful record on their travels. With just 0.27 points per game in their away trips, Millwall have the worst away record in the Championship. They’re without a win on the road in the league since April, with eight defeats in their last 10 on the road. Having conceded an average of two goals per game while failing to score in 45% of their trips, it’s hard to see a result for the away side here.
I think the Potters are really well priced for this clash considering the form the pair are in. There’s a clear gulf forming between the two, and I’m tipping Stoke to extend that with three points here.
