Marcelo Bielsa’s men are in the habit of turning probable defeats into miraculous victories and they are looking increasingly likely to be finally playing top flight football again next season. Leeds take on Hull City this Saturday and will be firm favourites to extend their winning streak.
It has been a remarkable festive period already for Leeds. They headed into it on the back of 5 straight wins but with some mounting injury problems which threatened to severely impact on their ability to perform over this busy part of the season.
The Tigers are in fine form themselves with 4 wins from their last 5 matches, by far their best sequence of the season. They netted twice or more in all of those games and with the likes of Jackson Irvine and Jarrod Bowen firing in the goals, they also have plenty of attacking options that should really test this Leeds defence.
Therefore I have every reason to expect yet more drama involving Leeds and we should see a few goals in this one.
