There is nothing wrong with Barca’s form either, with 11 wins and 2 draws from their last 13 in all competitions during a spell in the season in which they’ve tightened their grip on La Liga and made excellent progress in Europe. Alaves have been very strong at home this term overall but they’ve lost their way a bit, even in that regard.
The Basques have now gone 5 home league games without a win and were hammered 4-0 in Vitoria by Atletico Madrid quite recently. Therefore you have to fancy even a slightly weakened Barcelona side to win this and backing an Away Win appeals.
