It's looking as if the best Napoli can hope for this season is again finishing runners-up behind Juventus. Last season it was a close run thing but this time around, they are already nine points behind the defending champions. They have won five of their last six league games, the other being an away loss at Inter. Only three league games have been lost by Napoli this season, the other two being away at Juventus and Sampdoria. Napoli are yet to lose a home league game this season with eight wins and two draws in their ten games with only six goals conceded and four of those came in two matches.
Lazio are fourth in the table, the final Champions League qualifying place but twelve points behind Napoli. They will be looking to get a better result than they managed here at Napoli last season when losing 4-1. Current form for Lazio isn't great with only two wins in the last eight with five draws. Away from home they have won four, drawn two and lost three and goals have been in short supply. Lazio have scored ten and conceded nine. They have only won two of the last six on the road with each game bar one having under 2.5 goals scored. Napoli have the better form and an impressive home record, back them to get the win here.
