I don't think Uruguay is stronger than Chile. The qualifying games have just started and these guys can just goy one point. Then they have strong opponents - Brazil, Colombia and Argentina. I would like to see battle between Suarez with Cavani and Sanches with Vidal. But European clubs are more important for them, without them both teams are very equal.
