I have nothing to say about Luxembourg because I don't have a clue what kind of a team they are ...
As for Portugal, I believe that they would want to destroy Luxembourg after the referee stole two points from the Portuguese side against Serbia over the weekend by not allowing Cristiano Ronaldo's last gasp winner.

Luxembourg beat Ireland! Could anyone predict that?! Well, I don't think they can't strike twice in a row. Two years ago, Portugal beat Luxembourg twice scoring 2 plus goals. I see them scoring at least 2 again.
