Slovenia vs Croatia tips

Even though Croatia are favourites, Slovenia could get something out of this game. They are unbeaten in the last 7 games. They haven't played against a team of the Croatia calibre, on the other hand. Still, I'm backing the hosts to leave the pitch unbeaten.

Croatia haven't lost a single game to their Balkan neighbours in their history and I don't see this tendency coming to an end in Ljubljana on Wednesday. A draw between the two sides remains a possibility but I'm backing the Croats to win simply because of the presence of Modric, Kovacic and Perisic in their set-up.
