Evening, punters! After the result of the first game, the return leg is a sheer formality. Shakhtar will fight for their prestige and I believe they'll be motivated enough to put in a strong performance. I have no doubt they'll score with Roma having enough firepower to respond them.
Since Roma have all but secured their spot in the quarter-finals after beating Donetsk 3-0 in the first leg, I believe that the Italians would happily settle down for a draw given the fact of their vital clash with Napoli on the weekend. Shakhtar, for their part, will obviously be eager to get even with the Giallorossi for last week's loss.
My prediction for this one looks like this - Roma scores in the first 45 mins and the tie is over (as if it's already not). Donetsk are definetly not Milan nor Liverpool to pull off some out-of-this-world comeback even if they play hosts to Rome this time around. Easy win for Giallorossi.
Don't know much about Ukrainians but what seems quite clear to me is the outcome of this tie. Roma is head and shoulders above Shkh, considering their 3-0 victory at home in the first leg. I just can't envisage Donetsk winning in this one after such a poor performance in Rome.
