Arsenal have started to go a little backwards at the moment although in fairness that is probably the come down from an extraordinary run , for quite some time they have struggled to beat the best teams in the division on a regular basis and I see Chelsea as very likely too have too much , the blues are a good if not outstanding side but have real quality and know how to win important matches , have been a little in and out this season but have nevertheless won five of their last seven.

Arsenal look too big of a price here at home. they certainly had the better of the exchanges in the meeting between these sides earlier in the season and if not for a hatful of missed chances would have won that game comfortably.
And in general, I like to make predictions for teams that play their matches at home. Anyone be surprised at the victory of Arsenal?

Chelsea Win • 2.36

Arsenal need to strengthen at the back otherwise it is going to be the same old story, and they are just going to be fighting for fifth.
Manchester United's run means they are back in the race for the top four and it could be even closer after this weekend.
I am expecting United to beat Brighton and if Arsenal beat Chelsea too, then there will only be three points separating the three teams.
We are also not sure how Tottenham will get on without the injured Harry Kane and Son Heung-min, who is away with South Korea at the Asian Cup, so the next few weeks are going to be very interesting.

Arsenal have won just one of their last 14 league games against Chelsea although it should be noted that the Gunners have a good recent home Premier League record in London derbies – unbeaten in their last 12 at the Emirates.
Gunners keeper Bernd Leno has only kept one clean sheet in his first 15 Premier League starts.
I would be surprised if the hosts kept their north London rivals at arm’s length given the Blues have won their last three away Premier League games. Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard might be the difference. Prediction is Chelsea 2 and Arsenal 1.
