MLS and Western Conference, two top teams. Portland are the current leaders, Seattle are runners-up. As I guess, there will be a very tough match. Their latest head-to-head fixture ended in a 1-0 Portland victory; then they almost synchronized their performances: three wins and one loss for each team. I think the draw will bring more benefits to Seattle than to Portland.
Seattle are the leaders of West in MLS. However, they earned less points than Top-4 teams from the East. Whatever happens, it may not be good for their perspectives in the Supporters’ Shield race. But I think Seattle will earn its three points. And I expect at least three goals in the match! ⚽⚽⚽
I hope they do not postpone or cancel the game! This match MUST decide who rules the conference! And I’m sure Seattle can’t just lose the game and give the first place to Portland! Seattle is the boss in the West, do you agree with me? Their bad form proves nothing and they show themselves in play-off series! Go Sounders go!🎶
It seems to me that both Portland and Seattle synchronized their results in something. Both of them had ended their latest fixtures in a draw: Portland vs Los Angeles FC 0-0, Seattle vs San Jose 1-1. However, Seattle has lost two of their five latest fixtures, so their position is worse. I bet on Portland victory, and no chances for Seattle keeping 1st place.
Seattle is playing against Portland at home today. The leaders of the West are meeting. The home team is a favorite with the bookmakers and I totally agree with this opinion. The match will not be easy - both teams have a lot of injured players, but Portland's losses are more serious. That said, I don't think Seattle's victory will be easy. I predict a one-goal win. Good luck to all!
