Dignity Health Sports Park will host Sunday’s football game between Los Angeles Galaxy and San Jose Earthquakes, the two top-table sides. LA Galaxy experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 3-0 loss to Portland Timbers, but given their excellent home record, the bookies see Greg Vanney’s troops as hot favourites to win Sunday’s clash. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be Mexico international Javier Hernandez Chicharito, who has netted seven goals in the 2021 MLS campaign.
Midfielder Samuel Grandsir is likely to miss the game through injury, while defender Derrick Williams is out of contention through suspension. San Jose, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, with the team losing each of their previous three league fixtures. Considering that the visitors have been struggling at the back of late, we are tempted to put our money on Chicharito and Co.
